I made a cake to celebrate my 26th birthday. Naturally it was gluten free and dairy free and it came out awesome. I actually used the recipes from my cookbook. It was nice to have them on hand in print like that so I don’t need to worry about my computer becoming a mess due to gf flours and such. 🙂 The cake was Vanilla and Chocolate (both marbled) Layer Cake with Vanilla Frosting.
