Happy International Day of Yoga!
As some of you know, I have a lot of health problems. When I first start getting back into walking, I find my body is extra stiff. This is the sequence I do to unwind, to stretch out, and calm my whole body before bed. Swipe to see the rest of the sequence.
On average it takes me 10-15 minutes to do the whole sequence. I spend more time on the poses I need more in the moment. Take your time and do what you feel you need.
