Are self-actualization, self-esteem, love and belonging, safety, and physiological needs needed to be met to have long-term happiness?

Probably some form of all of them yes. They wouldn’t have to be perfect or completely fulfilled but some of each, I think yes. The most important ones like safety are a definite yes.
