It is easy to get frustrated and down, especially when life throws us major curve balls. And it is normal to experience emotions of all kinds – even bitterness and anger. But we need to work through them, not ignore them. We need to accept them and look within, but while also letting ourselves heal and let go of the past. You can be angry and experience emotions and still be a good person. I suggest maybe considering talking to a therapist or counselor to work through some of the situations you have been through, so you can heal. 🙂
