Yes. There are many, but the ones I recommend most are:
- Asking questions to them in your mind and seeing if you dream about them (the loved ones and/or about the questions).
- You can try automatic writing. Get out a pen/pencil and paper. Sit quietly and focus on your breathing. Once you feel pretty chill, start thinking of questions in your mind while thinking of your loved ones and write down everything you feel, hear, think, and get. Don’t analyze what you are writing down. Just get it all written down. Then after you are done, analyze away.
