What habit did you adapt in 2018 that changed your life and why did you start it?

I don’t know if it would be considered a habit. I looked into allergies more this year and did some follow up with an allergist. Then I did food skin patch testing and found out I have a delayed allergy to potatoes (of all things). I wasn’t happy about that.

But then I gave up potatoes and foods related to mold (which I am allergic to) like: mushrooms, yeast, anything vinegary or fermented and I don’t eat leftovers that have been in the refrigerator for more than a day.
