Why doesn’t it help us to condemn ourselves?

Making ourselves feel bad about things doesn’t help us because it isn’t a productive way to think about things. We are all capable of putting ourselves down but it doesn’t help us, if anything it hurts us. We need to reframe what happened, and then rework the situation so we can find a solution or not get down on ourselves.
