Let me see if I can recall what it was: Researchers took older adults (I think over 60 years old) and they brought them to a retreat.
They put all kinds of pictures up around the room they were in, pictures of when they were younger. They even had exercises to do thinking about those times and expressed these experiences of when they were young with others.
At the end of the retreat, they looked better, healthier, younger, brighter, than they did in the picture they took upon arrival to the retreat.
