Lately, I can’t seem to remember my dreams anymore, what can I do to make my memory of them more vivid?

When I was in college studying psychology our professor was teaching us about dreams. He said the best way to remember them would be:

  • Get a journal or notebook and a pen/pencil
  • Every time you wake up, if you remember a dream or portion of a dream, write down what you remember. Even if you only remember a little bit.

He told us over time our recollection of the dreams will build and we can start to remember them more and more.
